STEP 1
BECOME A CPA MEMBER
To compete in the Mindi O Show you must have a 2025 Canadian Physique Alliance Membership. You can purchase your 2025 CPA Membership by clicking the link below.
STEP 2
REGISTER FOR YOUR CLASSES
Online registration is now open! You can register for multiple classes. Online registration closes on WEDNESDAY APRIL 30, 2025 AT 5PM EST.
STEP 3
FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Get our latest and greatest updates by following us on Instagram @mindio_show. Tag us in your progress photos! We love reposting and giving athlete shout outs!
STEP 4
BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM
Please check back soon to find out details about our host hotel and the reservation link. The Athlete Check-ins (5PM - 6:15PM) and the Athlete Meeting (6:30PM) will both take place at the host hotel on SATURDAY MAY 3, 2025
STEP 5
BOOK YOUR SPRAY TAN, HAIR & MAKEUP
Absolute Touch is the official service provider of the event. No other service providers will be allowed into the Venue or the Host Hotel. Please note that prices increase closer to the event date so be sure to book your services early!
STEP 6
PRE-ORDER YOUR STAGE PHOTOS
Zoom Image Pros are the official event photographers and will be exclusively covering the stage and backstage. You can pre-order your stage photo packages by clicking the link below!
STEP 7
BUY TICKETS
Tickets are available at the door the day of the event. Invite family and friends!
STEP 8
BUY A COACH PASS
Trainer Passes are an all day ticket to the event plus a backstage pass giving the trainer access to the theatre and to the pump up room back stage. Coach passes will be available at the athletes registration only.
STEP 9
IN PERSON ATHLETE CHECK-IN
Please mark your calendar for our mandatory in-person Athlete Check-ins on SATURDAY MAY 3, 2025 starting at 5PM - 6:15PM at the Host Hotel. The judges will confirm your official height or weight or both depending on which categories you are competing in.

DOWNLOAD OUR NOTIFICATIONS APP
Download the MuscleWare App and "subscribe" to the "Mindi O Show". Our notifications App will be opening on SATURDAY MAY 1, 2025. With this App you will get instant live notifications and updates during the event!

REGISTER FOR POSING & STAGE PRESENTATION SESSIONS BY MINDI
